Gowers Homes started building in the 1970s, coming up to 50 years in the New Home industry making us one of the most experienced and trusted members in the community. There is a reason why we have been around for so long, and will continue to build the homes you deserve for many years to come.

While we will always keep an open mind when it comes to build location, Our primary areas of focus include: Mildura, Irymple, Merbein, Red Cliffs, Gol Gol, Buronga, Wentworth, Ouyen, Robinvale, and Euston. If you have a project that might fall outside of these areas, our consultation team will be happy to assist in finding a solution.

Over the many years we have been fortunate enough to be nominated for numerous awards, and with over 50+ Award wins it is safe to say we have cemented ourselves as one of the most accredited builders in the region.

In the past, we have been known for having some of the most breath taking Display homes in Mildura. While currently, we do not have a Display on the ground, we will have some very exciting news to share with you quite soon.

Timelines for a new home to be finished vary substantially due to multiple factors, How big is the home? Where are we building? How complex is the design? Our build times are back to optimal (since covid) however this does not mean we will rush what does not need to be rushed. Our priority in the end is our finished product.

Absolutely! We believe every build we put on the ground should reflect the new homeowners in some way. Whether that is done in our initial consultations through design changes to suit your needs, or the selections and colors process to make the house feel like home inside, we encourage change.

Building or buying a new home should be one of the most exciting ventures you will undertake and can often mark massive milestones in ones life! Why we believe building rather than buying makes sense. Customization, This whole home comes down to your preferences from colors to design specifics and features You really do put a piece of you in the New Home.

While we can work with you on a design before the purchase of land, some key factors will need to be mentioned like what size land you are looking for, or where you are looking to build. These will impact greatly on what designs will be available to you and give us a much needed direction to head in!

A part of our services to all new clients is obtaining soil tests and site levels prior to signing contracts, this gives us the necessary head start on the building process as well as help us plan for what earthworks or slab engineering may need to be done to achieve the quality build we are known for.

Assuming you have the correct permissions to use floorplans from either a third-party draftsperson, Architect, or builder we can use them. If permission is not given, we have the responsibility to follow copyright and intellectual property law. We do however have an extensive catalogue of plans to suit all types of needs and wants, sometimes a small tweak can turn these plans into the perfect solution for you.
