Step One - Consultation

Step Two - Design
Your home is one of a kind. After our consultation, you get to experience your dream home come to life through our working drawings. Together, weโll go through and choose personalised features for your new home, adding all the special touches youโve always dreamed of, taking care to make sure weโve catered to any special requirements you might need in the design of your new build home.
Step Three - Selection
Time to leave your mark. Using our in-house Colour Consultant, weโll help you choose the colour schemes in your home, or if youโve had an idea in your mind already, go ahead and let us know. Catering to any style you can think of, weโre ready to help โ contemporary, traditional, or something else, the choice is yours!
Step Four - Contract
Fixed price contract, rest at ease knowing that your home with your specified selections are included, giving you the confidence to proceed with your new home.
Step Five - Construction
Your dreams become a reality. Its time โ after all the planning and designing, the building process takes place. Over 5 stages, youโll be able to inspect the site, ask questions, and take photos. Your excitement throughout the process is contagious for us, and we love seeing dreams come true for you and your family. These stages are: the slab stage, frame stage, lockup, fix out, and finally the handover.
Step Six - Quality Assurance
Itโs all in the details. Using our 100-point quality assurance check, we make sure your home stands up to the Gowers Homes standard โ providing the finest quality homes in Mildura and the greater Sunraysia region is incredibly important to us, and this method has helped us along the way!
